Good facial cream, quick delivery
I bought the Ultra Facial Cream. Placed the order on a Monday, and it arrived in Bern by Friday. Packaging was standard. The cream itself is quite nice, absorbs well without feeling greasy. No issues with the product. Pretty straightforward process.
Mixed feelings on delivery and product
I ordered the Midnight Recovery Concentrate. The product itself is good, felt a difference in my skin after a week or so. However, the delivery took closer to six business days, which felt a bit long for Switzerland. The website was easy enough to navigate, though. I wish they had clearer tracking updates between order confirmation and the actual shipping notification. Overall, a decent purchase but they could improve on shipping speed and communication for that part.
